Gams PK Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

1. Overview and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gams pk platform, including all betting, gaming, promotions and account services available at gamspk.org. By creating an account, logging in or placing any bet or wager on gams pk, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue to use the platform. Gams pk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all users of gams pk, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform and anyone accessing the mobile app or any part of the gamspk.org website. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy and the specific terms of any promotion you choose to claim — all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gams pk.

2. Eligibility to Register and Play

To register and use gams pk you must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gams pk is strictly an adult platform and we take this requirement seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and any funds held in that account will be subject to review.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of another person and not for commercial or professional gambling purposes.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or cooling-off period active on your account or on any previously held gams pk account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, payment method ownership or contact information — is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must be a single account holder. Each person may hold only one account on gams pk. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed, with any balances subject to review and potential forfeiture of bonuses.

3. Account Rules and Security

Your gams pk account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other person using your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gams pk immediately. We are not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their login credentials secure.

Gams pk may request identity verification documents at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of routine account review. Verification documents may include a copy of a valid national ID, passport or other government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Account login credentials must not be shared with third parties.
• Identity verification may be required at any time.
• All account activity is the responsibility of the registered account holder.
• Accounts showing suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on gams pk are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through the payment methods available in your account cashier section at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and selected mobile wallets.

Deposits are generally credited to your gams pk account balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the method used and factors outside our control, including payment provider delays or banking system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before any withdrawal is approved, gams pk may require you to complete identity verification and to confirm ownership of the payment method being used for the withdrawal. Withdrawals will typically be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Gams pk reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — check the cashier section for current estimated timeframes.
• Funds deposited using a bonus that has not been fully wagered may not be eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.
• Gams pk does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Gams pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion has its own set of specific terms which are published on the promotion detail page and must be read before claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all gams pk promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria for each offer are stated on the promotion page.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and the games or bet types that contribute towards it are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a new player welcome offer on a second account is prohibited.
• Gams pk reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations.
• Bonuses claimed fraudulently, through abuse of promotional terms or through collusion will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and are used first by default. Wagering requirements must be completed on bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable real money.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated on each promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses after the stated expiry date will be removed automatically.

6. Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on gams pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or game type selected. General betting rules that apply across all sports markets on gams pk are set out below.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, logged-in account holders with sufficient real money or bonus balance to cover the stake.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID generated, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player — except where an early cash-out or in-play edit option is explicitly offered and available for that specific bet.
• Gams pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error, or where the event outcome is known at the time the bet was placed.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches will be settled according to the specific rules for that market.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between placing a bet and confirmation — odds at confirmation are final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed in the betting section of the platform.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, system vulnerabilities or delays in live data to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account review and potential bet voidance.

7. Platform Use and Intellectual Property

The gams pk platform, including all content, software, design, logos, text, graphics and game assets, is the property of gams pk or its content and software providers. You are permitted to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the gams pk platform without prior written permission.

By using the gams pk platform you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in a way that is not through the standard user interface.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers or its databases.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform or other players' use of it.
• Upload, transmit or distribute any harmful, offensive or unlawful content through any feature of the platform.
• Use the platform in any way that could damage the reputation or interests of gams pk or its players.

8. Responsible Gaming

Gams pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment, and we expect all players to approach gaming and betting as a leisure activity with a pre-set budget and time limit — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders and can be accessed at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit on your account. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause all gaming activity on your account for a chosen period while keeping the account itself active.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude your account from all activity on the gams pk platform. This option takes effect immediately.

If you feel that your gaming activity has become difficult to control, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team. Gams pk does not provide counselling services, but we take problem gaming seriously and will always refer players to appropriate support where requested.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on gams pk and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating more than one account per person, household or shared device in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit any other promotional offer.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or promotional competition on the platform.
• Using any form of software, tool or device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players — including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, odds scanners or exploit scripts.
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time the market is open — commonly referred to as insider betting or courtsiding in cricket and other sports contexts.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the platform for any financial transaction that is not genuine gaming activity funded from your own legitimate funds.
• Abusing or harassing gams pk staff or other players through any communication channel on or connected to the platform.

Gams pk monitors account activity continuously. Accounts showing patterns consistent with any of the above prohibited behaviours will be investigated. During an investigation, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. Gams pk will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder through the registered contact details.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Gams pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, confirmed identity misrepresentation or failure to complete required verification within a specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited in full. Real money balances remaining after deduction of any voided bonus amounts and any funds under investigation will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting gams pk support. Any real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests already in the processing queue.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gams pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime and a stable gaming environment, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gams pk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, third-party service interruptions or connectivity issues on your end.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional details.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Gams pk's total liability in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

Gams pk may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an on-platform notification.

It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the gams pk platform after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the termination section above.
